England is ready to face Germany in an international friendly on Tuesday at 8:00pm at Wembley stadium. Roy Hodgson’s team wants to bounce back after the 0:2 defeat against Chile last Friday.

The 0:2 defeat against Chile was certainly a surprise result last weekend, but now Germany is traveling to Wembley and England will face a proper test for the World Cup next year. The Germany team is currently ranked second in the FIFA World Rankings.

England qualified for the FIFA World Cup 2014 after beating Montenegro and Poland, but Roy Hodgson team will have to shape up if they want to be a serious title contender. Germany will be a great test for England on Tuesday, November 19th 2013 at Wembley.

Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Kyle Walker (Tottenham), Phil Jones (ManUnited) and Rickie Lambert (Southampton) will miss the game against Germany due to injury. Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool), who missed the Chile game is finally fit and back in the squad. Frank Lampard (Chelsea) was questionable due to a cold, but trained yesterday.

Germany, on the other side, will rest Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil (Arsenal), Philipp Lahm (Bayern Munich) and Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich). Mario Gotze (Bayern Munich), Marco Reus (Dortmund) and Thomas Muller (Bayern Munich) are likely to replacements and still form a strong Germany side. Sami Khedira (Real Madrid) suffered a torn cruciate knee ligament in the friendly against Italy on Friday in Milan.

The game is a crucial test for both teams with the World Cup just around the corner. Both coaches will certainly try new tactical variations and players. Tickets are still available on the FA website.
