Internationals Series 2012 – St Louis Rams vs. New England Patriots at the Wembley Stadium in London on October 28th 2012.
The New England Patriots traveling to Wembley for their second visit facing the St Louis Rams. The long time struggling Rams have recent cause for optimism with the promising performances of young Quarter back Sam Bradford and beat division rivals Washington Redskins 31-28 in Week 2 after an opening week defeat to the Detroit Lions. This will be the first of many Wembley appearances as they have recently signed a deal to play there for the next 4 years.
The performance of Bradford will be key to any success the rams have against a strong Patriots defence who are renowned for tough tackling and ball winning players. They come off the back of a 20-18 defeat against the Arizona Cardinals and will be looking to bounce back in order to reach yet another Superbowl under the leadership of long serving Head Coach Bill Belichick. Patriots Quarter back Tom Brady is a future hall of famer and he has three Superbowls to his name already.
This game is poised to be very interesting as both teams harbour serious playoff aspirations. In front of a somewhat neutral crowd it will be intriguing to see which team adapts to different conditions. This is the sixth time the NFL has visited Wembley and ticket sales have been successful again with yet another sell out.
