This weekend was derby weekend in Europe. Inter played AC Milan for supremacy in Milan, Fenerbahce played Besiktas in Istanbul and the “El Clasico” took place in Spain between Barca and Madrid.
Inter barely wins against Milan
The air burned in the fashion capital Milan and fans were hyped up for the big Milan derby. AC Milan and Inter Milan fought for the city dominance at the San Siro stadium. Inter won with a close 1-0 over AC and closes the gap to Juventus, Napoli and Lazio. Walter Samuel scored just 4 minutes in the game after a free kick from Esteban Cambiasso. Yuto Nagatomo saw a red card right at the beginning of the second half, but the “Rossoneri” couldn’t take advantage of that and lost the Milan derby at the end.
Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri complained after the game and claimed that the referee influenced the game. Allegri told the Italian television channel Sky Sports that “the referee should have given a penalty and Samuel should have been sent off.”
His counterpart at Inter, Andrea Stramaccioni, told Mediaset Premium: “In the second half, we had some difficulties. There still have some things to improve and we will work hard. “
Fenerbahce beats Besiktas 3-0 in own stadium
In Turkey, Fenerbahce played Besiktas in another hot derby this weekend. Moussa Sow opened for Fener in the 13th minute and scored a fantastic bicycle kick. Besiktas tried hard and pressured Fener without success. Gökhan Gönül scored the 2:0 and the 3:0 for Fener right after the break.

No winner in the “El Clasico”
Both teams were fresh and acted quickly straight from the beginning. Ronaldo, the Real superstar, scored the 1-0 lead in the 23th minute after a combination between Ozil and Benzema.
